Last First Kiss (Montgomery Ink Legacy #5) Carrie Ann Ryan

Last First Kiss (Montgomery Ink Legacy #5)

Recommendation: 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌖 - (Out of 5 🌕)

'He caught the garter. I caught the bouquet.' What an amazing start to a steamy one night stand that turns into a happily ever after.

Daisy Montgomery Knight is one of many co-owners of a security company owned and managed by Montgomery cousins. When she attends a friends wedding she decides to let loose an have some much needed fun.

Hugh Hendrix likes to keep a lot of things in his life private. Coming from an affluent British family, he moved to Colorado in the hopes of creating a better life for his five year old daughter. When he attends the wedding of a life long friend he hopes to be a shadow amongst the guests, going unnoticed by the other attendees.

Little did Daisy and Hugh know that their lives would so soon become entangled again. A one night stand turns into a complicated mess when the two find out they now work together. More so as boss and employee.

Nothing is hotter than a hot, fit and muscular man with a British accent. Hugh is the ultimate man of my dreams. Even though Daisy is tough as nails she has a wonderfully sweet side. I love that we get to see Daisy pay it forward with Hugh's daughter, stepping in as a friend and role model. What a great installment to the Montgomery Ink Legacy series.

Happily Ever Maybe (Montgomery Ink Legacy #4.5) Carrie Ann Ryan

Happily Ever Maybe (Montgomery Ink Legacy #4.5)

By: Carrie Ann Ryan

Recommendation: 🌕🌕🌕🌖 - (Out of 5 🌕)

One of my favorite romance tropes is friends to lovers. Ryan has written a quirky, face paced love story between two strong willed co-workers. Gus and Jennifer have been partners at Montgomery Security for a while and the sexual tension between the two has been off the charts since they started working together. The pair decide to cut the tension between them by sharing in a one time fling; but of course that plan doesn't work as well as they hoped. Jennifer is a strong, independent woman who can stand up and take care of herself. Gus is an over protective male who now views Jennifer differently since they have had sex. This makes things complicated for the duo trying to continue their close friendship, their working partnership without ruining what they have developed.

I was hoping we were going to get Gus and Jennifer's story and Ryan did not disappointment. 'Happily Ever Maybe' is a fun quick read! What a great release for Valentine's Day.
